Gary has more than 30 years experience in the IT industry, focused on Financial Services
Most recently, Gary was a Managing Director at JP Morgan (JPM), where he:

Built the business case and secured the funding for the firm-wide implementation of ServiceNow

Ran the programme to implement the first phases of the ServiceNow incident and change management solutions

Revolutionised JPM’s Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) incident management capability, reducing recovery time by over 50%

Developed the firm’s command centre strategy and oversaw the implementation of the European capability in Bournemouth in the UK, designing a highly collaborative approach across more than 250 support staff.

Built the strategic operating model for the support of over 200 CIB applications, improving stability year on year by over 30% and reducing cost by over $6mm p.a.
In addition, Gary was a member of the Leadership team for JPMorgan’s Bournemouth campus in the UK, a home to more than 4000 employees. As part of his role there, he ran a number of initiatives aimed at increasing collaboration, improving employee experiences and enhancing employee engagement.
He also co-founded JPMorgan’s male allies programme for Women in Technology
